Perfect! Our Gentle Flow and all-levels classes are designed specifically for beginners and those returning to activity. Our instructors are experienced at modifying movements for all experience levels. Come as you are—there's no judgment here, only support.
Absolutely. Our classes are built around the principle that every body is different. Instructors will offer modifications and alternatives for different needs. Most people notice benefits within 2-3 weeks of regular attendance. We recommend starting with one or two classes per week and building from there. Consistency matters more than intensity. Many of our regular students attend 2-3 classes weekly and report significant improvements in strength, flexibility, and daily comfort.
No special equipment required. Wear comfortable, moveable clothing that allows you to bend and stretch. Bring a yoga mat or towel if you prefer (we have some available). Wear socks or trainers—whatever feels comfortable to you. Come exactly as you are.

Just bring yourself and a water bottle! We provide all the equipment you need, including mats, weights, and any props required for your chosen class.
